The stars of such popular television series as “The Big Bang Theory,” “The Office,” “Community,” “The Closer,” “Criminal Minds,” as well as classics like “ER” and “Seinfeld” got a taste of VuQo Premium Vodka at gifting suites around Los Angeles in honor of the 64th Primetime Emmy Awards.
VuQo participated in two suites this year- the Secret Room Red Carpet Luxury Lounge at the posh SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, and the Borgnine Group’s Celebrity Gifting Suite and tribute to Hollywood legend Ernest Borgnine at the Sportsmen’s Lodge in Studio City.
Celebrities like Mayim Bialik, Joe Mantegna, Chris McDonald, and Hector Elizondo stopped by for refreshing VuQo Signature Cocktails, and got to take home a bottle of VuQo for their personal enjoyment. The stars were intrigued by the uniqueness of VuQo, as the only vodka in the world distilled from coconut. Coconut products, particularly coconut water drinks, have become very popular in Hollywood because of their health benefits.
“It’s really exciting that Hollywood celebs are enjoying VuQo as we get to participate in events surrounding television’s highest honors,” said VuQo Founder and CEO, Rich Cabael.
Macy’s in San Francisco celebrated the Men’s Store Grand Reopening with a Benefit Shopping Evening to raise money for local charities. VuQo Premium Vodka was invited to help celebrate the event with a vodka bar on each of the store’s six floors.
Guests were treated to delicacies provided by local food truck vendors situated throughout the store and were entertained by local artists, djs, and models that reflected the merchandise sold on each floor. Guests were given stamps for visiting each floor and if completed, they received a special gift bag and were entered to win cool prizes.
The VuQo bars were busy as bartenders served VuQo Cranberry, VuQo Soda, VuQo Tonic, and VuQo on the Rocks.
“It’s an incredible opportunity for VuQo to participate in a Macy’s event and support a worthwhile cause in supporting local charities in San Francisco,” said Rich Cabael, Founder and CEO of VuQo.

The event was sponsored by Mango Tours, Philippine Airlines, Cache Creek, AirPhil Express, Microtel, Bayanihan Cargo, Rafael Lumanlan of Morgan Stanley, Stephen Sim of PGA Los Angeles, Globe Telecom, Asian Journal, Keep Scores, and VuQo Premium Vodka. VuQo CEO, Rich Cabael, played in the tournament but was never in contention. “I played very well but unfortunately, my score didn’t reflect it,” Cabael jokingly said. “For every great shot I hit, I hit 10 not so great!”
